I absolutely adore Letisha! She is very professional whilst being extremely gentle and kind! Her expert advice and divine treatments have left my skin looking radiant. I have never had so much confidence and love for my own reflection until now! The Ella Bache salon in Charlestown Square is a tranquil bubble inside of the shopping centre. From the moment I step into the salon, I know I will be looked after in a totally non judgmental, beautiful environment! It smells amazing too!!

I’ve had a few massages at other places in the past but never quite enjoyed them as much as I’d hoped. Recently I had a hot stone massage at Ella Baché and it was pure bliss! Definitely the best massage I’ve ever had. So relaxing, just the right amount of pressure, and a lovely setting. Since then I’ve also had a lash tint and relaxing foot massage and treatment and they were lovely too! I can’t wait to return and have been recommending Ella Baché to friends.

Laura is the most beautiful lady. She is the only person in this world I trust doing my eyebrows and dealing with my skin. Have dealt with acne my whole life and only started to see changes when she was doing my facials. She is such a bubbly soul and I always look forward to coming here when I have her. Love her energy couldn’t recommend her more

I had my first encounter with Ella Bache last week ,it was amazing ! Easy to book online , beautiful ladies that worked there especially Niki, and a very thorough relaxing experience.The rooms had lovely relaxing atmosphere,calming music and very comfortable bed .Niki was really professional and made my skin feel and look fabulous ( especially for a mature age woman like myself lol) I really recommend using them and will be back .Thanks ladies and Merry Christmas 🎄😁

Great and excellent service! Went for a facial treatment and guess what? It was an amazing experience!. Relaxing and Very informative. My face was smooth and never been better after the treatment. They are not just for womens but also for mens who wants to have a wonderful, smooth, and lovely skin. They have different services as well like massage, eyebrows, body waxing, and more! I highly recommend this salon and would love to come back for more treatments! Keep it up!

Had a great experience here yesterday. First time getting a spray tan, incredibly nervous being near naked in front of a stranger, but Jess made me feel relaxed. She did a great job and super friendly.

I have regular appointments to get my eyebrows waxed with Emma. She is amazing! She is always friendly and bubbly. I have also had a facial and it was very relaxing and made my skin feel great. I have recently started using some of their skincare products and so far my skin is looking loving it! Definitely recommend as all the staff members are friendly and helpful and the products and services they provide are of a very high standard.

Always happy with the service I receive here. I so appreciate Letisha! 12 months ago my skin was in a shocking state- today it is glowing and improving each day. She delivers great service with care. She educates me each time on how to do better by my skin. And it works! My skin is now glowing and resilient (at almost 40), and although I've always spent good money on my skin care, it has never felt this healthy.
